Wael Ghadban is a Projects Director with experience as an Engineering Expert Witness for the Ministry of Justice and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department – UAE. He has over 35 years of expertise in construction and contract management, specializing in airports, hospitals, hotels, and residential buildings. This is complemented by deep knowledge of construction law and claim management, based on FIDIC and UAE local contract conditions, including EPC, remeasured, and design-build contracts. He also has extensive experience in cost control, project progress analysis, quantity surveying, tender preparation, design and project planning, and bid evaluation and awards.
