Mr. Singhal has extensive arbitration experience and has been appointed as lead expert, including court and panel appointed expert, in over 50 arbitrations. These have included areas such as: Delays, technical issues, valuation and quantum matters covering re-measurement; Variations and changes to work scope; Disruption; Delays and extensions to completion dates; Acceleration and claims related to defects, valuations and incomplete work. In addition, Mr. Singhal has significant experience in “hot tubbing” (witness conferencing) and has been appointed to undertake expert determinations.
