Overview

Nebojsa has a master’s degree in construction law and arbitration and in Civil Engineering (applied hydraulics). He is a certified project management professional with over 22 years’ experience in the design, management and supervision of infrastructure, water, wastewater, irrigation, industrial and stormwater projects. He has worked on projects in the UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar, Cyprus and former Yugoslavia. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nebojsa is very familiar with FIDIC, IChemE, World Bank and ADB standard conditions of contract. His experience is supplemented with detailed design of industrial (seawater and distilled cooling water), stormwater, irrigation, potable water and wastewater treatment plants & pumping stations, transmission pipelines, design of large-scale real estate and industrial development, preparation of tender documents for construction and concession for various industrial and municipal service schemes. Nebojsa has worked on various projects as a contractor’s designer where he gained a valuable experience in detailed design for construction coupled with development of contract management skills. In addition, by supporting various supervision teams, he gained great experience in the construction Supervision field. This includes claim preparation for contractors, review of extensions of time claims for the employers and expert witnessing. His experience provides an outstanding mix of technical, legal and project management skills.
